Preview: Brocton (away)

Brocton BadgeAll talk of the FA Cup and non-league Mancunian giants will be put very much on hold tomorrow as Ian Rowe’s men travel to face Brocton in the Midlands Football League hoping to build on Saturday’s 2-1 home win over Boldmere.

Currently 17th in the Midland Football League, the Staffordshire side most were most recently on the reverse end of a 4-0 defeat to league leaders Hereford.

Despite struggling so far, Brocton do have a potent threat in the shape of former Willenhall, Stafford Rangers and Rocester man Gary Fife, who has bagged nine goals in his 14 appearances this season and was the top scorer in the Midland Combination in both 2009/10 and 2010/11.

Travelling support is, as always, appreciated. For more advice on how to get to Brocton visit their website.
