Khalsa eased into the second round of the FA Vase as a sensational performance by Jake Gosling ensured there was no Lockdown hangover against a gritty and determined Aylestone Park.

The Leicestershire side contributed plenty of energy to the encounter and got back into the game with a penalty after Gaz Singh had put Khalsa ahead on 14 minutes.

But Gosling fired home to put Khalsa back in the lead before the break and then scored a penalty to make it 3-1 after the restart.

Debutant Ethan Jones scored to make it 4-1 and wrap up a satisfying day in the office for Khalsa.
