Bekir Halil

A versatile player who turned out for manager Ian Rowe at a number of his clubs, Becks joined Khalsa for his first spell during the 2016 close season and made his debut in the FA Cup at Hanley Town. Becks remained at the Aspray Arena until October, making his final appearance in a 5-3 win over Rocester.

He returned to Khalsa later that season, making his first appearance in a 5-0 win against Long Eaton and remaining until the end of the campaign, appearing for the last time in a Khalsa jersey in the 2-1 defeat against Alvechurch in the JW Hunt Cup semi-final. He ended the 2016-17 campaign with 14 starts and eight substitute appearances.

Since 2012, Becks has been the celebrity who has switched on the Darlaston Christmas lights, sharing the duties with his close friend Jeff Spelling who he knows from his local spin classes.
