Although his stay with the club was a short one – lasting barely a season – Yusifu’s impact on the club was impressive, playing a key part in Khalsa’s run to the quarter-finals of the FA Vase during the 2016-17 campaign. This included scoring twice in extra time in dramatic fashion in a 5-5 draw with Sleaford Town.

Of African-Spanish extraction, the exciting winger became a sensation with his dazzling, unpredictable surges from the flanks. At the end of the 2016-17 season, he departed, taking the step up to Alvechurch, helping them to promotion before moving up again to Nuneaton Town and then finally into the world of professional football with Blackpool in September 2018.
