6th February 2010, Khalsa kept their recent good run with a hard fought victory away to Penncroft. Khalsa started poorly as Penncroft had the best of the early possession. Thirty minutes into the game Penncroft were awarded a free kick 30 yards from goal when Harpreet was alleged to have fouled the Penncroft Forward. To say the decision was hard on Khalsa was an understatement, If anything it was a well timed tackle.
Penncroft swung the ball into the far post and as it was knocked back across the area it was a simple task for the onrushing forward to tap in and give them the lead. Khalsa then started to take a few more chances and when Idie held the ball up on the edge of the area he laid the ball back to Sean Ralph to equalize just before the break.
In the second half it was a even game with both team losing players to tred cards and with six minutes left Rob Smith picked the ball up deep and ran at the Penncroft back four putting 1 on the floor and dribbling past the other and putting the ball past the keeper into the far corner of the net.
It was a big three points for khalsa and no more than they deserved.
