Entrance,
Please arrive early and park legally in and around the ground, where possible please car share as parking is limited in the vicinity to the ground.
Please enter the stadium via the end gate furthest from the bar 442, Entrance is £3 per adult and free for U16s. Each team are allocated 2 free entrance
the team manager and their assistant, they should be marked on the registration document.
Registration.
Please complete the registration form prior to attending and hand to the attendant on the desk who will issue a copy of the fixtures and team information to you on arrival.
Saturday Morning U7s and U9s
All teams to arrive for Managers briefing at 8:30 am promptly, this briefing will confirm pitch and fixtures.
Games will Commence promptly at 9:00am.
U7s – will play 5v5 standard rules which will include the retreat line and the ability to enter the opposition box. Games will be located on the front cages. MAX Squad size 10 – https://score7.io/qhmhilp5ga

All teams to arrive for Managers briefing at 12:45 promptly, this briefing will confirm pitch, Fixtures will be confirmed on the day as teams register and book in.
Games will Commence promptly at 13:20 pm

Sunday PM U13s/U14s
All teams to arrive for Managers briefing at 12:45pm am promptly, this briefing will confirm pitch, Fixtures will be confirmed on the day as teams register and book in.
Games will Commence promptly at 13:20pm or before if pitch is available

We’ve had over 80 teams enter over the 2 days and we look forward to welcoming you all to the club. Game length and fixtures will be confirmed on the day
post team registration. an online tournament application will be used on the day to track progress, links will be confirmed (if we have any further amendments), on the day so all parents and managers can keep track of their next game with kick off times etc..

Respect rule –
We full adhere to the respect codes of conduct at our tournament, we will not tolerate any breaches of the respect code and this year we will be trialing a penalty system for any verbal abuse of officials.
In the unlikely event that a Manager, Coach or Player verbally abuses an official they will receive either a yellow or red card depending on the severity of the incident. Players will be sin binned for a period of 5mins whilst, managers and coaches may be removed from the touchline.
For any yellow card offense a 1pt deduction will be levied against the team, for a Red card offence a 3pts deduction will be levied against the team.

Cancellations beyond this point – Any cancellation beyond this point will incur the full loss of booking fee.
