Recap

Liam Holt – equalised from the penalty spot

Khalsa kept their undefeated league run going with a point at Heanor Town which, but for an offside flag, might have been all three.

It took until the hour for Heanor to break the deadlock, a fine Jamie Sleigh pass finding Sam Vickers who rounded Sam Arnold to slot home. The goal sparked an instant fightback by the visitors. First Kyle Brady hit a dipping shot that narrowly missed the crossbar and then Dave Meese almost hit the target from range.

With 15 minutes to go, Brady was felled in the box and up stepped Liam Holt to smash home the penalty.

Khalsa almost grabbed a late winner, Holt rattling the bar from range and Brady turning home the rebound from an offside position.
